Delete your BarPulse account

You can delete your BarPulse account and personal data at any time — in the app if you can sign in, or with the request form below if you can't.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the BarPulse app and sign in.
- Open your account, then tap Delete account and confirm.
If you own a bar, the app will first ask you to transfer it to a teammate or close it, so a bar and its data aren't left without an owner. There's a one-tap path to each.
Option 2 — Request it here
Can't get into the app? Enter the email address on your account and we'll verify it and delete your account, usually within 30 days.
Request received.
We'll verify it against your account email and delete your account and personal data, usually within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation at that email.
What gets deleted
- Your personal profile (name, email) and your login.
- Your team memberships and personal app data tied to your account.
- Your notification history and preferences.
What may be retained
- Content that belongs to a shared bar you were part of (so your former teammates don't lose data the bar depends on) stays with that bar.
- Limited records we're required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
